Looking back…

These pictures were taken right before we jumped in the car to head to the hospital…first and maybe last belly pic you will ever see.

02.04.09…the night we checking into the hospital knowing our lives would never be the same.  CHANGED for the BETTER of course!  We were right…very little about our life today is the same as it was a year ago.  Okay…I guess a few things stayed same:  same ole Madie, same house, same cars (on the outside), same jobs and same friends (we actually have more of those now).  We are extremely THANKFUL for everything that stayed the same, but boy has everything else changed for us.  People are right when they say that parenting is the hardest and most rewarding job anyone could have.  It really makes both Trey and me thankful for the wonderful job our parents did.  This gig is not easy, but I would not give it up for anything.  I love this crazy, tragic, Sometimes almost magic, Awful, beautiful life!
